On 22 and 23 November 2022, TAG hosted the “EduTech Challenges” Conference at the Talent Garden's venue in Roma Ostiense.
The event was broadcast live by Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana, Italy's national television, and the panel speakers were impressive: politicians, entrepreneurs, professors, CEOs of companies and education stakeholders gathered for this conglomeration of networking and panel discussions; with this initiative on the future of corporate education, Talent Garden aimed to bring together multinational companies and startups, focusing on upskilling, reskilling, talent mobility and new learning methods to highlight the importance of the role of education in shaping the success of the leaders of the future
Our CEO Antti Korhonen participated in the panel discussion “𝗕𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹”, moderated by Sara Bonfioli, Chief Marketing Officer of Talent Garden, together with Salvatore de Rienzo, Consultant of Egon Zehnder.
How can people in leadership positions stay relevant in a changing environment? What roles do you see that will soon be a must? What can we learn from the Nordic environment? These are some of the questions our CEO Antti Korhonen answered.
According to Oxford University, half of today's jobs will disappear in the next 15 years, and the jobs of the future will be performed with technologies that have not even been invented yet. Here are some examples of the jobs of the future:

𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 - Nanotechnology could be used in weapons for wars in the future, because it can improve the military's ability to detect biological warfare agents and promises more powerful materials, intelligent systems and new production methods.
𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 - What happens to you when you die, what happens to your digital estate and how do you preserve it?
𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 - Humans teach AI to interact better, so humans coach the AI.
